The existing service risers were an initial barrier but we were able to
overcome this with a modernised strategy. The strategy involved
installing new SVP & boosted cool water mains for 89 flats.
Our client entrusted us with the following works;
- Firestopping & new fire doors;
- Heating upgrades- from gas to electric;
- Ventilation;
- Upgrade of SVPs;
- New cold water supply to all properties;
- Electrical upgrades;
- Removal of gas to all properties;
- New aluminium rain waters.
